Timeline and Prices Per Page:

PDF Standard: (3-4 days) $0.50 per page

PDF Rush: (2 days) $0.75 per page

PDF Expedite: (1 day) $1.00 per page

PDF As Soon As Possible / RealTime: (< 1 day) $1.25 per page

Full Audio or Spot Checking: + $0.50 per page

Heaving Terminology: + $0.10 per page

"Scoofing" / Untidy: + $0.15 per page

There may be an additional charge for transcripts that have more than 25 lines per page.

Process:

Please send a clean, scoped, and turn-in-ready transcript in PDF (Portable Document Format). Punctuation, spelling, and other errors are much easier to find when the page is as clean as possible.

You may reach me by e-mail or text message Monday through Sunday 07:00 AM to 07:00 PM. Weekend hours may vary, but please do not hesitate to reach out. I will always respond as long as I am available.

Expedite, As Soon As Possible, or Large Jobs:

Guidelines:

• I proofread in PDF (Portable Document Format) or Case CATalyst.

• My turnaround time begins after a job is received and I confirm receipt of that job.

• If there is ever a time that I am unable to meet a deadline due to an illness or an unexpected emergency, I will contact you promptly and provide a referral to you.

• Invoices are billed on the FIRST and FIFTEENTH of every month for the previous month's services through FreshBooks.

• Payment for services is due within 14 days of receipt or penalty charges can incur.
